代金の支払方法・時期

支払時期：商品注文確定時にお支払いが確定いたします。
商品のお届け時期
代金のお支払い確定後、5日以内に発送いたします。
後払い決済の場合は注文確定後、5日以内に発送いたします。
返品について
【返品・交換について】
当ショップでは、商品の特性上、お客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。
ただし、以下の場合に限り、返品または交換を承ります。
・商品に明らかな破損、汚損、乱丁がある場合
・ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合
上記の場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。確認後、返品または交換のご案内をさせていただきます。
なお、以下の場合は返品・交換をお受けできません。
・商品到着後7日以上経過した場合
・お客様のもとで傷や汚れが生じた場合
・イメージ違いなど主観的理由による場合
返品時の送料は、不良品・誤配送の場合に限り当ショップが負担いたします。
【海外発送について】
海外発送の場合、関税・輸入税・通関手数料などが発生する場合がございます。これらの費用はすべて購入者様のご負担となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

【Return & Refund Policy】
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons.
However, we will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or misprinted
- The item received is different from what was ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return or exchange process after confirmation.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery
- The item has been used or damaged by the customer
- Differences in expectations, such as color or appearance
Shipping costs for returns will be covered by us only in cases of defective or incorrect items.
